**Product Development Engineer Role Overview**
As a key member of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automotive innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer and internal technical interfaces to collect and analyze customer needs.
* Collaborating with experts to create competitive offers.
* Challenging product conception and identifying opportunities for innovative solutions.
* Ensuring compliance with internal standards and best practices.
* Creating Bills-of-Material for quotation files and summarizing product assumptions.
* Presenting technical files internally and to customers.
* Providing technical support and analysis in the development phase.
* Supporting product concept maturation and extracting design standards.
* Participating in product architecture deployments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
* Advanced English language skills.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
* First-hand experience in plastic parts design or processes, injection molding, 3D part design, or material validation.
* Ability to work effectively in an intercultural environment.
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
