WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
* Architecture and implementation of solutions such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Emarsys or similar customer engagement platforms for our customers, from requirements to go-live.
* Integration of customer engagement platforms into CDP, DWH, CRM and backend using APIs, webhooks and event streaming.
* Design and implementation of data-driven campaigns, automation flows, personalisation logic and possible integration paths between systems.
* Technical leadership in the project team, knowledge building and handover to our customers' operational team.
YOU ARE...
* Senior practitioner with a clear hands-on mentality and strategic vision.
* Communicative: You explain complex issues in a way that is understandable to specialists and managers.
* Solution-oriented: You find pragmatic, scalable and maintainable approaches.
* Team player and mentor: You support colleagues and promote best practices.
YOU HAVE...
* Several years of experience (7+ years) in implementing and operating Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Emarsys or similar customer engagement platforms, and relevant certifications
* Proven experience with integration projects (APIs, webhooks, data pipelines).
* Experience in customer projects/agency environment and confident interaction with stakeholders.
* Understanding of the theoretical integration and preparation of a concept for the respective SDKs of the CEP for web and native platforms in order to guide and support development teams in this area.
YOU ARE WELL VERSED...
* With classic CEP features: campaigns, canvas/journeys, SDKs, segmentation, REST API.
* With data modelling for personalisation, events and user profiles.
* With integration patterns: real-time events, batch uploads, ETL/ELT to DWHs/CDPs.
* With data protection requirements (GDPR) and common analytics/reporting concepts.
* With the creation of documentation that appeals to both tech teams and business teams.
