The leader of commercial transformation will oversee the development and implementation of a high-performing commercial engine, focusing on telesales, customer experience growth, and doubling market share in the mid-term.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day management of Sales departments and teams, steer people, plans, and processes for optimal performance, coach and grow sales teams, develop telesales maturity, assume responsibility for commercial results, manage investments, and lead commercial planning.
Drive commercial activities through top-performing commercial engines, develop commercial excellence programs, and accompany teams in the transformation process.

Requirements:
A driven leader with hands-on experience, familiar with Telco commercial processes, proven success in turnarounds, and an outspoken drive for achieving results.
Excellent communication skills, rigor, and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as fluency in French and English, and stress resistance.
