Job Description
1. Overall responsibility for all front office and business-related activities, including sales, trading, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
2. Development and execution of the commercial strategy for digital asset products and services in line with regulatory and risk frameworks.
3. Ownership of client acquisition and relationship management, covering institutional clients, partners, and key market participants.
4. Close collaboration with the back office and risk functions to ensure sustainable growth while maintaining regulatory compliance and risk discipline.
5. Active contribution to the design and launch of new digital asset products, including tokenized instruments and crypto-related financial services.
6. Monitoring of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business models within the digital asset ecosystem.
7. Representation of the company towards clients, strategic partners, regulators, and industry bodies.
8. Leadership and further development of high-performing front office teams with a focus on performance, accountability, and innovation.
