Your challenges
1. Lead, manage and develop the global Bioprocess Service and Customer Support organization
2. Design and implement a sustainable global service strategy and new business models
3. Manage and further develop international service teams (Field Service, Technical Support, Product Support)
4. Ensure effective global complaint management (Level 1–3) and timely solutions for customer issues
5. Build and transfer application know-how within the service organization, incl. global training for customers and service staff
6. Drive new service concepts and business models to maximize recurring revenue streams
7. Define and implement worldwide service policies, procedures, and quality standards in close collaboration with R&D, Logistics, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Portfolio teams
8. Represent and position Bioprocess Service internally and externally
Your expertise
9. University degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
10. Proven track record of building and leading international service organizations (>50 employees)
11. Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and distribution management, ideally within the life science / lab equipment industry
12. International leadership experience in matrix organizations and multicultural teams
13. Very good command of English, German skills are an advantage
14. Strong leadership personality with strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, analytical strength, and results orientation
15. Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and motivational leadership style
