Your responsibilities

Own and continuously improve pipeline and portfolio transparency across projects, markets, technologies, development and execution stages

Define, refine, and track KPIs across development and execution, aligned with strategic and operational objectives

Drive portfolio evaluation, prioritization, and clean‑up initiatives to ensure focus on value‑adding projects

Support strategic decisions on resource allocation, market focus, and portfolio balance

Create transparency on trade‑offs, dependencies, and opportunity costs

Identify systematic risks, bottlenecks, and performance patterns across countries, technologies, or stages

Proactively highlight underperformance and structural issues, and support mitigation measures

Translate data into actionable insights and management‑ready narratives

Your profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, portfolio steering, or related business functions, with strong understanding of the RES project lifecycle from development to execution

Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive prioritization, alignment, and follow-through across complex cross-functional environments

Proven ability to steer performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and support strategic portfolio and resource allocation decisions

Strong business acumen, including understanding of renewable project value drivers, development risks, and portfolio trade-offs

Ability to translate complex data and portfolio dynamics into actionable insights and management-ready narratives

Senior, proactive, and hands-on personality with a structured working style and the ability to challenge constructively and drive continuous improvement
