With a proven track record in business development, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy.
This role will focus on cultivating relationships with professional intermediaries and clients, driving business expansion, and delivering exceptional service.
* Contribute to the development of our value proposition
* Research new customer opportunities and identify commercial prospects
* Establish long-term partnerships with professional intermediaries (B2B and B2C)
* Stay abreast of market trends to detect potential business opportunities
* Collaborate across business lines for new leads
* Attend industry events and coordinate seminars/conferences
* Utilize CRM to track business development activities
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in front function roles within banking or finance
* A strong network of international connections within MFO/SFO & Professional Intermediaries
* Excellent analytical skills, particularly in KYC/AML compliance
* A solid understanding of wealth structuring and wealth management products/services
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
* Proven negotiation and closing abilities
* A high level of integrity and ethics
* Fluency in English and French; additional languages an asset
* Client- and results-oriented, rigorous, organized, and methodical
