Job Description
We are on the lookout for a (Associate) Specialist, Performance & Engagement (Fixed - term) to join the Global Talent team for 6 months on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

1. Configure and launch surveys; manage cadence, content, and anonymity settings
2. Monitor participation, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with People teams
3. Maintain and audit employee data segments and attributes
4. Support stakeholders with dashboards, reporting, and post-survey actions
5. Assist in creating user guides, performance & talent process maps, FAQs, and test cases
6. Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and documentation tracking
7. Compile feedback, manage UAT logs, and prepare data uploads
Qualifications
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
9. Structured approach to meetings, tracking, and documentation.
10. Demonstrate strong follow-through, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to their work.
11. Comfortable navigating a complex organizational structure, building relationships, and collaborating across teams to drive results
12. Capable of spotting inconsistencies in data or documentation.
13. Working knowledge of HR systems like Peakon and Workday (or a quick learner).
14. Confident with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets
15. Preferably experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or projects
