This role supports the creation of diverse digital learning formats, contributes to multiple content development projects, and helps our department maintain and improve digital learning materials. This position is located in Heidelberg and you will report to the Head of Technical Knowledge Management, Training & Communication.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
1. Develop digital learning content: Assist in creating digital learning materials such as e-learning modules, videos, animations, tutorials, guidebooks, and quizzes using authoring, design, and AI-supported tools
2. Contribute ideas for innovative digital learning approaches and support small pilots and new learning formats to create engaging training experiences
3. Help review, update, and improve digital learning materials based on feedback and basic performance indicators
4. Research and summarize new trends and tools in digital learning to support continuous improvement of offerings
5. Assist in applying basic UX principles to ensure learning content and interfaces are clear and user-friendly
6. Provide first-level support for digital learning platforms and tools, including basic troubleshooting and user guidance
7. Help collect and prepare learning data (e.g., completion rates, feedback, assessment results) for evaluation and reporting
8. Support quality and compliance checks by reviewing materials against internal templates and guidelines
9. Assist in coordinating and tracking multiple small digital learning tasks and projects to support timely and high-quality delivery
YOUR PROFILE
10. Enrolled student in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, Marketing, Communication, Design or a related field
11. Interest in digital learning, training, and knowledge management
12. Basic understanding of digital content creation is a plus
13. Familiarity with e-learning authoring, video editing, or graphic design tools is a plus
14. Good communication and collaboration skills
15. Structured and reliable way of working with attention to detail
16. Ability to manage tasks across multiple small projects and meet deadlines
17. Motivation to learn and stay updated on digital learning trends and technologies
