MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
1. University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
2. First experience in automotive industry, preferably marketing and planning
3. Knowledge on SQL and Excel are essential, and Python, VBA, Power Query, Power BI skills will be a plus.
4. Organized, analytical thinker, good with numbers
5. Professional English communication skills are essential, and German and Korean communication skills are a plus
Your tasks
6. Prepare data and resources to analyze MPE business status and make improvements or changes (EV impact analysis, EV battery analysis, etc.)
7. Understand and document MPE business requirements and the needs, challenges, and goals of stakeholders, including executives and colleagues in other departments.
8. Coordinate and Assist team leader and senior colleagues to build annual sales business plan and long term business plan: 1. update MPE monthly final sales figures 2. build monthly rundown and BP DB 3. inventory rundown 4. maintain BP change history.
9. Execute and prepare back up data for ad-hoc tasks to support management for the sales related topics from MHQ.
10. Create and Assist documentation, such as business requirements documents (BRDs: ACEA NCS Overview, Business Plan Change History etc,.), that serve as a blueprint for other colleagues to follow when designing and implementing business solutions.
11. Align and support deliver sales data from multiple sources and across multiple channels to ensure business data integrity. Assist ensure business solutions are aligned with organizational goals.
12. Initiate and assist in managing projects and sales analytics dashboards within the team.
13. Support colleagues from other departments/ branches, assist senior colleagues to answer their questions and requests regarding MPE Sales or Business Plan.
