You will lead capital formation efforts, engage deeply with LPs, and represent the firm across the Venture Capital and DeepTech ecosystem.Investment Execution: Spearhead the end-to-end investment process — including deal sourcing, due diligence, term sheet negotiation, and transaction execution. Evaluate market dynamics, business models, and technological differentiation to identify scalable and impactful opportunities.Portfolio Support: Take board seats and work closely with founders to drive strategic growth. Support startups with fundraising, business development, team building, and scaling operations.LP Engagement: Strengthen our capital-raising efforts by engaging with Limited Partners. Help nurture and expand our LP network and represent Marvelous’ investment strategy and mission in fundraising conversations.DeepTech Sector Intelligence: Refine and expand Marvelous' perspective across our investment sectors. Conduct deep, hypothesis-driven analyses to sharpen our investment lens and identify disruptive innovation trends.Community & Ecosystem: Represent Marvelous at industry events, conferences, and within the broader ClimateTech and DeepTech ecosystem. Build visibility, share insights, and foster meaningful relationships with founders, researchers, and fellow investors.Company Building: Shape the internal structure and strategy of Marvelous.
