Tasks
* Drive Sales Growth : Lead the technical sales of our scientific products, building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Client‑Focused Solutions : Work closely with clients to understand their needs and collaborate with our engineering team to provide customized solutions.
* Global Partnership Management : Foster relationships with sales partners worldwide, helping to shape annual sales targets and achieve growth goals.
* Sales Operations : Prepare and deliver quotes, manage order processing, and work alongside our technical support team to address customer needs.
* Travel & Outreach : Organise and conduct client visits, demos, product presentations, and represent us at trade fairs and conferences.
* New Market Exploration : Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets for our products.
* CRM & Sales Reporting : Use the CRM system to track leads, manage opportunities, and report on sales progress.
Profile
* Relevant Education : Degree in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Physics, Engineering, Photonics, Metrology), or equivalent experience in industrial engineering with a strong technical background.
* Sales Experience : Proven track record of selling complex, technically advanced products to international customers.
* Communication Excellence : Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to present and negotiate with clients at all levels.
* Collaborative & Independent : A proactive, team‑oriented personality with the drive to work autonomously and take ownership of your projects.
* Willingness to Travel : Occasional travel to engage with clients and attend industry events.
* Technical Proficiency : Strong skills in MS Office / LibreOffice; experience with tools like InDesign, GIMP, or Photoshop is a plus.
