Job Description:
As a Sales Manager for Utility Energy Solutions, you will lead the development and execution of business growth strategies for large-scale utility energy storage projects in Poland, Baltic & Nordic Region.
You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including EPCs, project developers, utilities, and distributors.
Collaboration with our solutions team is essential to achieve sales targets and ensure successful project delivery.
Additionally, you will support customer communication and after-sales coordination during project execution.
* Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy, International Trade, or related fields
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in large-scale utility energy storage or renewable energy
* Actual bidding experience for utility BESS projects and successful contract signing and project delivery experience
* Established sales network or customer resources in Poland, the Baltic region, or Nordic countries
* Familiarity with local energy policies, power market mechanisms, and project development procedures
* Fluent English language skills, strong business communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
* Chinese language ability is a strong advantage
