Your tasks
Further development of CRM & field service
1. Further develop CRM and digitize field service processes
2. Ensure transparency, efficiency, and a robust database
Leadership & further development
3. Lead and develop the field service team in the DACH market using clear KPIs
4. Increase performance through coaching, co-visits, and on-the-job training
Sales & Market Development
5. Acquire new customers, expand the dealer network, and develop key accounts
6. Strengthen market presence and ensure a consistent premium brand experience
Strategic Collaboration
7. Work closely with the Head of Sales DACH on the further development of the sales strategy
8. Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive developments for strategic management
Organizational responsibility
9. Plan forecasts and budgets and manage sales performance
10. Prepare and conduct annual reviews, negotiations, and sales events
Your profile
11. You have several years of experience in sales management within a premium brand environment
12. You have a proven track record of success in establishing new trading partners and increasing field sales performance
13. You have experience with CRM systems and digital sales development (, Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud)
14. You impress with your leadership skills, coaching mentality, and enjoyment of on-the-job training and co-visits
15. You think analytically and are KPI-oriented, act strategically and operationally, and communicate confidently in a premium retail environment
16. A very high willingness to travel (70–80%) is a matter of course for you
