Become part of our sales team in Germany (ideally based in the Nuremberg area).
Your tasks
1. Advise and convince our retail partners of the benefits of our premium products
2. Build and maintain long-term, trusting customer relationships
3. Plan and manage all sales activities in your area (including training, merchandising, and new customer acquisition) independently using our CRM system
4. Identify new market segments and develop measures to exploit sales potential
5. Implement national marketing and key account activities and adapt them to regional customer needs
6. Regularly analyze market, trend, and competitive developments as well as your territory performance and continuously optimize the sales process
Your profile
7. You have completed training in retail and/or have several years of experience in field sales
8. You are enthusiastic about high-quality products, especially cookware, and are passionate about sales
9. You enjoy advising and supporting customers with competence and enthusiasm
10. You have a confident, positive, and persuasive manner
11. You are fluent in German; additional language skills are an advantage
12. You are willing to travel and are flexible within your sales territory
