We are looking for a hands-on Product Management / Sourcing Intern (m/f/d) starting 01.01.2026 / mandatory internship – unpaid with strong execution and organizational skills. An intern that shares the same vision and motivation the help MALAIKARAISS grow further. THE TASKS: • working closely alongside the product manager and the design department • supporting the product manager with sample orders and sourcing • visiting suppliers and trade fairs • ongoing correspondence with suppliers and manufacturers worldwide • ensuring on-time and well-organized deliveries to our B2B clients • assist with the process of sampling and production preparations • tech packs / linesheets • developing prints and patterns for fabrics and knits • quality control • preparation of fittings and meetings, documentation YOUR PROFILE: • studies in fashion management or textile engineering • ideally enrolled in university • prior relevant work experience strongly preferred • strong interest in the fashion industry • outside-the-box thinking • flexible and hands on mentality, a pro-active and passionate team player • excellent organizational skills and good at keeping timelines • advanced skills in MAC OS X, MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, basic in Photoshop • excellent communication skills in English (German and Russian are a plus) WE OFFER: • a management team that cares about your personal and professional development • exciting tasks in an expanding and innovative environment with creative freedom for your ideas and commitment • cooperation in a competent, highly motivated team.
