You’ll be joining the People Growth group, part of our vibrant People & Culture department. We are the architects of learning, organizational development, and leadership at HiBob. As part of the Global L&D team, we focus on upskilling, AI implementation, and supporting the professional evolution of Bobbers worldwide.

* L&D Pro: Significant experience in learning development and leading end-to-end learning processes within an organization
* AI Enthusiast: You don’t just "chat" with AI; you understand how to integrate AI tools into workflows and learning strategies
* Project Management Ace: Exceptional ability to manage complex projects, document processes, drive stakeholders, and track milestones
* Global Mindset: Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment is a major plus
Communication Mastery: Since we operate globally, you must have excellent English (written and verbal) and the confidence to present to international forums.
Job responsibilities
What will your day-to-day look like?
This is a high-impact role that blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution. You will
* Collaborate with our Organizational Learning Partners: Work closely with our internal network of learning partners across the organization to align strategies and share best practices
* Drive Global Programs: Lead cross-organizational initiatives such as mentoring, specialized upskilling tracks, and AI literacy programs
* Be a Strategic Partner: Act as the dedicated L&D focal point for specific departments. You’ll handle the full cycle: from deep-dive needs analysis to program design, execution, and impact measurement
* LMS Champion & Product Influencer: Manage and maximize our internal learning platform (which is part of our own Bob "all-in-one" suite!)
* The Bonus: Since we are our own "Customer Zero," you’ll work closely with our Product teams to design, test, and upgrade the learning features of the Bob platform. It’s a unique chance to shape the product we sell to the world
