Head of (f/m/d) Global Field Service
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Global Field Service to lead and manage field service operations globally for our compressor business, this includes normal Service activities, Modification and Upgrades and New compressor installations.
The successful candidate possesses a strong technical background in rotating equipment, excellent leadership capabilities, and a customer-focused mindset to drive operational excellence and Field Service growth.
Oversight and management of field service teams in Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Poland, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of compressor installations
Assurance of service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Development and execution of service strategies to enhance performance
Relationship building with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders for identification of service opportunities and provision of technical support
Monitoring and reporting of service KPIs, team performance, and global service trends
Driving of continuous improvement and training initiatives for the service team
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology, business administration, or related field
Long-term relevant experience in service businesses (field service, repair operations, customer technical support) or equivalent
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to perform under time constraints, interpersonal skills, and strong initiative as well as a high degree of tact and professionalism in interactions with management peers
Strong analytical skills for assessment of training needs, evaluation of process and procedural effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making
Ability for management of multiple assignments and prioritization
