Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central by taking responsibility for planning, execution, and completion within scope, schedule, and budget
2. Ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines, adherence to SuccessFactors Standards and local TLS (tax, legal, statutory) requirements
3. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing
4. Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables
5. Collaborate with the program management of, the HR project manager and the stakeholders from HR and IT
6. Manage project teams consisting of internal/external resources and provide leadership and direction to ensure successful project delivery
7. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement changes as necessary to achieve project goals.
8. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback
Profile
9. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
10. Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
11. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
12. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
13. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
