Head of Compliance - Fintech Lending ( Berlin / Frankfurt )
I'm hiring for a fintech company in the SME lending space! It is a leadership role where you' ll manage a small team and own the full suite of compliance topics, including :
* GDPR & Data Protection
* Fincrime Prevention
* KYC / KYB
* Regulatory Reporting & Controls
* Responsable du Contrôle for the Luxembourg entity
Experience
* Mid-to-senior level in compliance within lending or fintech.
* Broad compliance scope rather than deep specialization, comfortable owning all compliance topics
* Proven ability to lead and develop a small team
* Banking experience is not essential; we value agility and fintech mindset over heavily regulated backgrounds.
