Our founding team has already scaled music brands to over 1 billion Spotify streams, and our current team of 4 is channeling that experience into a fresh approach.
We’re seeking a Digital Content Editor to strengthen our creative and marketing team. You will be editing short-form video ads for Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook) that promote our music brands and releases and working closely with our Label & Operations team on artwork for new music releases. In addition, you’ll take ownership of creating social media content — turning templates and brand kits into polished posts and campaigns that capture our brand’s aesthetic.
This role is ideal for someone with strong editing skills, a creative eye for content, an excitement to use AI technology, and an eagerness to grow into a broader marketing and content strategy role as we scale.
Video Editing & Ad Content
Edit and optimize short-form ad creative for Instagram and Facebook (focus on engagement and performance) heavily leveraging AI tools
Adapt creative assets (music, visuals, typography) into compelling ad formats
Test variations and iterate quickly based on performance data
Social Media Content Management
Support in developing content calendars for our music brands
Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant
Collaborate closely with our Label & Operations team to shape the visual identity of our music brands
Create artworks for new releases, playlists, and campaigns in alignment with our music and brand vision, utilising AI tools
Be an integral part of the label’s creative process — translating music into visuals that connect with our audience
Help manage asset libraries and maintain structured content workflows
1–3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or social media management (internships and freelance work count)
~ Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut)
~ Strong sense of visual design and storytelling in short-form content
~ Experience with different generative AI tools for video and image creation, such as Midjourney, Sora, Grok, ChatGPT
~ Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content formats and trends
~ Organised and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
~ Eagerness to learn about paid media, marketing strategy, and brand building
