Millions of prompts are sent every week through our platform, providing secure, scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing workflows.
About The Role
This is a full-time, onsite role as a Growth Associate at our Berlin HQ. You’ll start with an onboarding phase in our AI Associate program, where you build deep product and customer understanding. After that, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of growth projects (setting up new channels like email marketing, webinars, supporting events like our “AI Adoption Dinners” and The Dock, hosting workshops at conferences, creating sales and partnership materials etc). Your job is to turn good ideas into repeatable, scalable formats that strengthen our brand and generate high-quality demand over time.
Program Structure
At Langdock, We Believe The Best Growth People Understand Customers, Product, And Business. That’s Why You’ll Start With Our AI Associate Onboarding
Weeks 1–6: AI Associate Foundations
* You work directly with customers and learn their pain points, workflows, and use cases
* You become a product expert and understand how Langdock is used across different organizations
* Build a deep understanding of our core personas and common implementation challenges
* You see which formats (events, content, community) actually resonate with our target audience
Weeks 7–12: Transitioning into the Growth Associate role
* Support in first growth projects
* Identify topics and angles that “click” with customers (use cases, stories, formats)
After that, you’ll fully transition into the Growth Associate role and take over ownership of your own projects.
What We Look For
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: You think like a founder in your area of responsibility, take ownership, and make pragmatic decisions.
* Strong Communication (English & German): You communicate clearly and precisely for different audiences – in writing and in person. You’re comfortable interacting with customers, partners, and C-level stakeholders.
* Hands-on Execution: You care about getting things done. You don’t shy away from the operational work.
* Structure & Reliability: You can manage multiple projects in parallel, handle deadlines, and make sure your formats actually ship on time.
* First Principles Thinking & Learning Curve: You quickly understand new contexts, draw the right conclusions from customer conversations and data, and adjust formats accordingly.
About You
* You’ve already shown you can bring projects from idea to reality (e.g., your own initiatives, student organizations, events, side projects).
* You genuinely enjoy talking to customers, whether at events, in workshops, or 1:1.
* You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and prefer responsibility over a narrow job description.
* You’re a team player, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders (founders, sales, AI Associates, external partners).
* You’re curious about AI and its real-world applications and want to actively shape this market.
