Kloster Pforta Winery – Saale-Unstrut, Germany Kloster Pforta is one of Germany’s most historic wine estates, with more than 900 years of winegrowing tradition. Today, we cultivate around 50 hectares of vineyards in the Saale-Unstrut region and combine this heritage with a modern, quality-focused approach to viticulture and winemaking. For harvest 2026, we are looking for motivated and open-minded cellar assistants to join our team from early September until the end of the year. We are particularly interested in people who appreciate precise, origin-driven wines and who are curious about a more Burgundy-inspired approach to winemaking — balancing tradition, craftsmanship and contemporary cellar work.
