Jeppesen Germany GmbH is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our growing team in Neu-Isenburg, Germany.
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.
Position Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end payroll process for German entity — from data collection to processing to reportin

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate pay, taxes, and compliance with local regulation- s
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for German entity, ensuring timely and accurate executio- n
Maintain compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policie- s
Coordinate with external payroll vendors and monitor service delivery and performanc- e
Support audits, reporting, and compliance activities by maintaining clean and organized payroll record- s
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and accurac- y
Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employee- s
Collaborate with HR and Finance on compensation changes, benefit updates, and other pay-impacting item- s
Stay informed on local payroll regulations and advise on potential impacts or required change- s
Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline payroll processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors across the organizatio- n
Guide employees on timesheet and approval processes within our Workforce Management syste- m
Ad-hoc reportin- g
Audit and review quarterly tax filings and complete reconciliation- s
Participate in audits and assist with resolving any discrepancies or issues identifie- d
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fiel

5+ years of experience in payroll, including payroll administration for German entitie- s
In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in German- y
Proficiency in UKG payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday SAP- )
Familiarity with time-tracking and HRIS systems integratio- n
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accurac- y
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skill- s
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretio- n
Proven track record of process improvement and implementing best practices in payroll operation- s
Fluent in German and English language- s
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Knowledge of equity compensation, bonus structures, and international assignmen

Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal control framework- s
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with payroll data for reporting and audit- s
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work individuall- y
Ability to handle diverse workload and work in deadline dedicated environmen- t
Work Authorisation:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Germany. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in Germany. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
