Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results by prioritizing time and effort, going beyond goals set by others, and finding motivation in raising store performance to the maximum
• Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes a safe and fun atmosphere
• Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed planned sales and Key Performance Indicators
• Help recruit, coach and develop to ensure a productive and collaborative team

Wenn es um den Erfolg unseres Brand Stores in Frankfurt  geht, sind Sie ein entscheidender Baustein: Täglich bringen Sie Kinderaugen zum Leuchten und schaffen ein unvergessliches Einkaufserlebnis für unsere großen und kleinen Kunden. Service steht dabei für Sie ganz oben und mit Ihrer Erfahrung sind Sie Ihrem Team ein motivierendes Vorbild. Als Führungskraft wissen Sie, wie wichtig die Mitarbeiter der Stores sind: Daher kümmern Sie sich um die Personalplanung, wählen passende Kandidaten aus und achten auf eine sinnvolle Personalentwicklung. Gemeinsam mit Ihren Verkaufsmitarbeitern vereinbaren Sie Ziele und konkrete Maßnahmen, um sie zu erreichen. Klar, dass Sie gern die Verantwortung für das operative Geschäft, das Budget und die Umsatzzahlen übernehmen!

Ihre Bausteine

Als erfahrener und ambitionierter Einzelhandelsprofi mit beeindruckenden Umsatzerfolgen - idealerweise in einem renommierten Handelsunternehmen - kennen Sie den Bereich Retail. Budget-, Umsatz- und Führungsverantwortung sind für Sie nicht neu, sondern eine Herausforderung, die Sie täglich motiviert. Knowhow in der Bestandsoptimierung und gutes Englisch komplettieren
