What we look for: You lead complex AI delivery programs and ensure alignment across business, platform, and governance layers. You own program structure, governance cadence, and execution tracking across major AI initiatives. You lead cross-functional planning across engineering, business, security, legal, and adoption stakeholders. You drive milestone clarity, dependency management, and rollout readiness. You act as a quality gate for execution and resolve blockers proactively. You ensure alignment between delivery progress, business value, and adoption. What we require: You hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. You have 4–6 years of experience in program management, transformation delivery, or complex implementation environments. You have a strong track record managing multi-stakeholder programs. You are experienced in working with technical teams and business stakeholders. You can influence senior stakeholders and align different functions. You bring strong facilitation and prioritization skills. You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
