You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:
* Acquisition of broad engineering expertise with a focus on future-oriented technologies and applications in the field of electrical engineering
* Teaching in-depth mathematical and scientific fundamentals as a basis for challenging technical issues
* Acquiring detailed knowledge in key areas such as electronics, information processing, sensor technology, electric drive technology, automation technology, microcomputer technology, control and digital technology, and software engineering
* Teaching of sound theoretical fundamentals as part of the dual study program in electrical engineering and information technology at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in combination with practical application in our company
* Practice-oriented deepening of the study content through laboratory events, student research projects, and project-related work closely interlinked with everyday business at Webasto
Free choice of training departments, such as project management, business development, and validation, as well as other exciting areas of the company, to individually shape your career path
This is what you bring to us:
* Strong general or subject-specific university entrance qualification (with a successfully passed aptitude test at the Cooperative State University, if applicable)
* Very good to good grades in mathematics and physics/chemistry
* Flexibility, willingness to learn, determination and initiative
Willingness to spend the theoretical study phases in Baden-Württemberg at the Friedrichshafen campus in Ravensburg
You can expect fair compensation from us:
* 1st year of training: 1.361,00 Euro
* 2nd year of training: 1.440,00 Euro
3rd year of training: 1.525,00 Euro
