We’re looking for a Junior Governance & Compliance Manager who enjoys bringing structure into complex environments and making sure things run cleanly, traceable, and regulator-ready. This role is ideal for someone with early experience in governance, compliance, risk, or regulatory operations, who likes keeping order in place and working closely with senior stakeholders.
You will work closely with our control functions (Compliance, Risk, Information Security), helping operationalise governance and compliance processes across outsourcing, ICT risk, and internal controls. We will support you in building deeper regulatory expertise — but a solid understanding of basic regulatory and risk concepts is required.
Support and coordinate the Outsourcing & ICT Risk lifecycle, including new vendor setups, changes, periodic reviews, and documentation tracking
Conduct structured pre-checks and support risk assessments by collecting and monitoring required documentation
Coordinate governance input within the New Product Process (NPP) to ensure risk and compliance checks are initiated and documented early
Support quarterly governance reviews by tracking open items and follow-ups across risk and compliance processes
Prepare structured materials for management and regulatory reporting, ensuring documentation quality and consistency
1–3 years of professional experience in a regulated or compliance-driven environment (e.g., financial services, fintech, risk, audit, IT governance, legal, or data protection).
~ ZAG-MaRisk, GDPR, DORA, financial regulation in general). Fluent English (written and spoken); professional working proficiency in German is highly valued.
