Responsibilities:
Your tasks:
- Acting as a central point of contact, supporting interns and thesis students throughout their entire stay while fostering a trusting and appreciative collaboration
- Shared responsibility for the entire recruiting process for interns and thesis students, from coordination to the final decision
- Independently conducting interviews and ensuring professional candidate experience
- Efficient and reliable management of all administrative processes in this area, from contract preparation and co-determination procedures to onboarding and offboarding
- Organizing the Freudenberg-wide student get-together and actively strengthening the internal network
- Driving further development of recruiting and HR processes with own ideas, for example in digitalization, and actively contributing as part of the role
- Gaining in-depth insights into operational and strategic HR topics as part of the HR team
Qualifications:
Your profile:
- You are currently studying business administration, economics, or a comparable program (ideally with a focus on human resources)
- As part of your studies, you are required to complete a mandatory internship of at least 5 months
- You are characterized by a self-driven, committed, and reliable way of working
- With strong communication skills and a trustworthy, service-oriented mindset, you see yourself as an interface between candidates and business departments
- You are confident in using MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
