Become part of our Hamburg or Bremen team as Operational Readiness Manager – Offshore Balance of Plant (BoP) (all genders) Your future tasks: Develop and deliver Offshore Balance of Plant (BoP) operational readiness strategies covering substations, inter-array and export cables, and associated offshore infrastructure from early development through commissioning. Embed operational, maintainability, accessibility, and reliability requirements into BoP design through close collaboration with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams. Define, plan, and execute BoP readiness activities, including readiness reviews, technical workshops, and risk assessments, ensuring all systems and interfaces are validated prior to O&M handover. Act as the technical focal point for BoP operational readiness, providing specialist guidance and support to internal teams, contractors, and key stakeholders. Support and manage tendering and contract negotiations for BoP O&M service agreements, ensuring alignment with technical, safety, and commercial requirements. Support commissioning-to-operations transition by verifying system performance, operational functionality, and readiness of maintenance teams, while contributing to standardisation and continuous improvement of BoP O&M practices. Your profile: You have a degree in Engineering and extensive professional experience in the O&M of complex infrastructure projects. A minimum of 3 years of experience in offshore wind farm operations or a similar role within the renewable energy sector. You can manage complex processes in a structured manner and maintain an overview even when working at a fast pace. You are a strong communicator and understand project work primarily as teamwork. Fluent English (written and spoken), German language skills are an asset. High willingness to travel at national and international level.
