🚀 What you’ll do:
* Lead M&A and corporate finance projects independently across diverse corporate contexts
* Prepare investment materials, conduct industry and competitor analysis, and evaluate financial models and business plans
* Perform scenario and financial analysis to support key strategic decisions
* Guide clients through every phase of the M&A process, adding measurable value throughout
* Lead and mentor junior team members and take on responsibility within project teams
* Contribute to client acquisition and represent the team externally
* Be part of a collaborative and high-performing team with strong development opportunities
🎓 What you bring:
* A degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus in Corporate Finance or M&A
* At least five years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or related areas
* Strong project management skills and confidence in managing clients and teams
* A proactive mindset and the drive to make an impact for mid-sized and larger companies
* Fluent German and English communication skills
