Salary Range: €40,000 – €55,000 base + €30,000 commission
Role Description
As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in pipeline generation by identifying and engaging midmarket and enterprise-level prospects. You’ll use a mix of cold outreach, social selling, event networking, and partner engagement to generate high-quality SQLs. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of innovative product and impactful sales strategy.
Responsibilities
* Generate qualified opportunities through outbound outreach and strategic campaigns
* Manage outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
* Deliver 9+ SQLs per month through consistent and creative prospecting
* Educate potential clients on the platform’s unique value and capabilities
* Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships
* Leverage tools and resources to refine outreach and improve conversion
Must-Haves:
* 0 - 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience
* German fluency and strong English communication
