Role description
As the first Account Executive (AE) hire, you will be instrumental in shaping the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and driving revenue. You will work closely with the CEO/Founder to build repeatable and predictable sales motions, establish processes, and contribute to a high-performing sales organization. You’ll also have the opportunity to coach and onboard future AEs while helping scale the business beyond founder-led sales.
Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing
* Help structure and refine the company’s sales strategy & process
* Build a repeatable, predictable revenue model
* Close €80K-100K ARR deals with Mid-market and Enterprise companies globally
* Generate leads through both inbound (50%) and outbound (50%) efforts
* Engage in event-driven sales strategies, leveraging community outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
* Drive pipeline growth while working towards expanding the outbound motion
Must-Haves:
* 3-4+ years AE experience in B2B SaaS, closing €80K-150K ARR enterprise deals
* Proven top performer with consistent sales success and solid tenures
* Experience in category creation, evangelizing new technology, and breaking sales patterns in similar pioneering sales positions
* Strong pipeline-building mindset with a data-driven approach
* Background in startups/scale-ups
* Self-starter with high agency and adaptability to ambiguity
* CRM proficiency to help build a scalable, repeatable sales process
