Your role
As General Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of the venue, both operationally and financially.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Oversee daily operations across all functions: service, purchasing, staffing, cost control and supplier management
* Lead, structure and develop a large, multicultural team with high standards and strong engagement
* Drive overall performance: monitor KPIs, manage budgets, control costs and ensure profitability (GOP)
* Ensure a consistent, high‑level guest experience across all service periods, from lunch to late‑night
* Coordinate and oversee key events, ensuring flawless execution and premium positioning
* Work closely with internal teams (marketing, HR, finance) to align operations with group strategy
* Contribute to the venue’s visibility and positioning, including social media direction in collaboration with the marketing team
* Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations
Your profile
* Significant experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
* Strong operational expertise combined with solid financial understanding
* Proven ability to lead and structure large teams
* Comfortable in demanding, high‑expectation environments
* Clear leadership style: hands‑on, structured and solution‑oriented
* Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German or Luxembourgish) are a plus
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability
