🚀 We are looking for a Technical Artist AR/VR
to support the development of high-quality, interactive VR and AR experiences for automotive design reviews and user clinics. You will be responsible for building a fully functional, self-contained 1. VR and 2. AR scene that can be launched and reviewed without technical supervision, including tracking, scene referencing, hardware setup, and final build delivery.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in Unreal Engine or Unity for automotive or complex real-time 3D environments
* Ideally with experience in Autodesk VRED (bonus)
* Strong knowledge of VR headset integration (e.g. HTC Vive Pro 2, Varjo, Meta Quest via PC VR, Apple Vision pro)
* Solid understanding of AR scene calibration, tracking & referencing (e.g. marker tracking, positional alignment, Vive Tracker)
* Confident handling of 3D data (CAD/FBX/GLTF), mesh cleanup and polygon modeling basics
* Able to independently produce an experience that’s robust, intuitive and technically reliable
* Well-informed in hardware/software selection and setup for AR/VR projects
* Clear communicator, structured and self-sufficient in implementation
* Fluent in English, German is a plus
