Accountant (m/f/d)
Accounts Receivable (Debitorenbuchhaltung):
* Posting of bank statements
* Dunning and reminders
* Handling customer inquiries
* Account management and reconciliation
Accounts Payable (Kreditorenbuchhaltung):
* Booking and payment of incoming invoices
Travel & Credit Card Expense Management (AMEX):
* Review and posting of travel expense reports
* Booking of credit card statements
Asset Accounting:
* Maintenance and booking of fixed assets
* Preparation of fixed asset register (Anlagenspiegel)
* Reconciliation during monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Lease Accounting (IFRS 16):
* Recording and ongoing valuation of lease contracts
* Creating lease postings in SAP (REFX module)
Liquidity & Reporting Support:
* Backup support for liquidity planning
Other Accounting Tasks:
* Posting transactions for Japanese bank accounts
* Reporting of withholding tax (Quellensteuer)
* Completed commercial training or academic degree in economics
* Professional experience in accounting appropriate for the position, ideally in an international environment
* Good written and spoken German and English
* Numerical skills, analytical and process-oriented approach to work, and accuracy
* Communication skills and team spirit
* Experience in working with SAP S4 / HANA is a plus
* Confident handling of MS Office 365, especially MS Excel
