Administrative Assistant
This is a temporary contract role as an Administrative Assistant who speaks English fluently. French is an asset.
* Handling the administrative coordination of the activity of the division
* Organising meetings and appointments
* Preparing briefing papers for meetings and business trips
The ideal candidate will have secondary level education with a 2-year certification in economics, accounting, legal, or business administration, or secondary level education with equally qualified experience in a relevant field.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and send letters related to legacy mandates
* Keep an up-to-date list of contacts across mandators
* Organise and coordinate external guests and visits with Protocol
* Support the team with the Notes system: create notes, update and prepare properties, work on the calendar, etc.
