Incident Resolution and SAP MM Support Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Resolution and SAP MM Support Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incident resolution through ITIL Foundation (ServiceNow) and coordinating in- and external P2P support teams on SAP Material Management (MM) topics.
Your daily tasks will involve stabilizing and enhancing systems and services through problem management and root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement. You will empower our key users by providing documentation, training, and support within agreed service level agreements, fostering a knowledgeable and efficient team.

Requirements
1. You have completed your studies in business administration or computer science or possess a comparable qualification, providing a solid foundation for your role.
2. You bring experience as a technical / functional consultant within the ECC and SAP S/4HANA environment.
3. Your knowledge of downstream processes such as finance, sales, logistics, etc. within SAP MM equips you to navigate and optimize interconnected systems.
4. Experience with various project management methodologies, ARIBA SCC, ARIBA GB, MDG, plant maintenance and inventory is beneficial.
