The Bosch Sensortec GmbH is looking forward to your application Job Description During your assignment you will join the analog design team in Dresden and contribute to the validation of the audio driver ASIC product-chip, a crucial step in the development of new MEMS-based audio products. The validation activities will include the elaboration of validation strategies, the implementation of test sequences, the execution of validation items on the ASIC in the lab and the analysis of measurement results in comparison with the design targets and expectations. In the course of validation, you will focus on the power management architecture, that includes positive and negative high voltage levels, standard ASIC blocks and application specific charge pumps, and on the MEMS drive blocks, that include the AC voltage drive with amplification and the DC voltage bias generation. Test and design experts will be directly involved in the activities and will give you constant support. Qualifications Education: studies in the field of Electronic Engineering, Physics, Information Technology or comparable Experience and Knowledge: in IC validation / IC analog design Personality and Working Practice: you excel at building positive relationships, taking ownership of tasks, and working effectively with others Languages: fluent in English, German is a plus Additional Information Start: November 2025 Duration: 3 months – 10 h/week Requirement for this working student position is the enrollment at university.
