To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our Corporate Infrastructure department an
(Advanced) IT Specialist (M/F/D)
You will be responsible for
* Develop and execute IT strategies by analyzing data, researching trends and preparing planning documents
* Manage daily IT operations including infrastructure maintenance, system monitoring and user support
* Administer user accounts and access rights and maintain system settings
* Manage IT assets including inventory tracking, procurement and disposal records
* Plan and manage IT budgets including cost analysis, purchase requests and vendor quotations
* Coordinate with third-party IT service providers and vendors to ensure service quality and contract compliance
* Participate in IT projects including scheduling, progress tracking, documentation and stakeholder communication
* Participate in IT architecture documentation such as network diagrams and system configurations
* Collaborate with HMETC departments and HQ (South Korea) to ensure IT project requirements are met
* Managing and operating internal systems including ERP and the corporate website
* Create and maintain technical documentation including manuals, FAQs and setup guides
* Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management
Who We Are Looking For
* Degree in Computer Science or related field
* Basic understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, servers and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
* Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
* Familiarity with user account management and access control systems
* Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle and coordination
* Experience in IT operations, technical support or IT budgeting and working with third-party vendors or service providers
* A very good command of English language, intercultural and communication skills; German is a plus
