Your Role: As Senior PMI Manager (m/f/d), you will own and drive cross-company alignment and operational scaling across our European group. You will lead high-impact integration and transformation initiatives, working directly with founders and senior leadership. This role requires strategic thinking combined with strong execution. You will not only coordinate initiatives, but define roadmaps, establish governance structures, implement scalable processes, and ensure measurable performance improvements across markets. You will operate as a senior partner to leadership and play a key role in shaping how our group evolves as we continue expanding. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end cross-company initiatives that drive operational alignment, scalability, and performance improvement Define integration roadmaps, KPIs, governance structures, and execution plans across multiple markets Establish scalable operating models and shared service frameworks in collaboration with Tech, Finance, and Operations Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across group functions Drive implementation of centralized tools and systems, ensuring adoption and measurable impact Support strategic projects aimed at improving scalability, collaboration, and performance across markets Partner closely with founders and senior operators to align strategy with execution Travel to company locations (typically 8-12 days per month) What You Bring: 6 to 10 years of experience in post-merger integration, strategic operations, consulting, private equity portfolio operations, or high-growth environments Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact Strong analytical and structuring skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution Experience building governance models, performance frameworks, or scalable operating structures Strong stakeholder management skills and executive-level communication Hands-on mindset.
