* May learn and perform flat glass cutting as needed
* Carries out core customer service activities, communicating effectively by understanding and responding to customer needs to deliver great service

* Understands company policies and procedures and complies with them
* Understands and works towards branch and personal KPIs
* May mentor and support other team members
