Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortungen:
12. Im Einkauf, Vertrieb und Finanzabteilung lernst du die Luftfahrtbranche, sowie den Handel von Verbrauchsmaterialien für die Luftfahrtindustrie kennen.
13. Du unterstützt die Betreuung eines internationalen Kundenstamms vom Auftragseingang bis zur Zahlung
14. Mitwirkend bist du beteiligt an der Auftragsbearbeitung und -administration inklusive der regelmäßigen Terminüberwachung in täglicher Abstimmung mit der Materialwirtschaft und den Versandabteilungen
15. Du erlernst die Grundlage für effiziente Preisverhandlungen und erstellst Angebote
16. Du unterstützt Verhandlungen und Absprachen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
17. Du erhälst Einblick in alle relevnten Abteilungen in Anlehnung an den Ausbildungsrahmenplan
Basisqualifikationen:
18. Einen Schulabschluss auf Niveau der mittleren Reife oder höher.
19. Gute Englischkenntnisse in Word und Schrift.
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen & Skills:
20. Mit dem MS-Office-Paket hast du bereits erste Berührungspunkte sammeln können.
21. Du hast Spaß am täglichen Kundenkontakt und dem selbstständigen Arbeiten.
22. Eigeninitiative sowie Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft sind für dich selbstverständlich.
23. Du kannst dich gut und effizient in neue Themenbereiche einarbeiten.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
35. In the purchasing, sales and finance departments, you will learn about the aviation industry and the trade in consumables for the aviation industry.
36. You will support the management of an international customer base from order receipt to payment.
37. You will be involved in order processing and administration, including regular deadline monitoring in daily coordination with the materials management and shipping departments.
38. You will learn the basics of efficient price negotiations and prepare quotations.
39. You will support negotiations and agreements with national and international suppliers.
40. You will gain insight into all relevant departments in accordance with the training framework plan.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
41. A school leaving certificate at secondary level or higher.
42. Good written and spoken English skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
43. You have already gained some initial experience with the MS Office package.
44. You enjoy daily customer contact and working independently.
45. You are naturally proactive, committed and eager to learn.
46. You are able to familiarise yourself with new topics quickly and efficiently.
