Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel Coordination: Efficiently manage domestic and international business travel itineraries.
2. Office Operations: Oversee all administrative tasks, including stationery procurement, photocopying, and scanning.
3. Executive Support: Provide comprehensive personal assistance to the manager, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence.
4. Reception Management: Professionally handle all incoming communications (phone, email, fax, post) and warmly welcome visitors.
5. Office Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
6. Prioritization & Escalation: Accurately prioritize tasks, determine response urgency, and escalate issues as needed.
7. Confidentiality & Filing: Safeguard sensitive documents and maintain organized filing systems.
8. Facility Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the office and building, including overseeing maintenance personnel.
9. HR Support: Assist with ad-hoc HR requests and tasks.
