Responsibilities Responsibility for Physical Security in the course of the company’s Business Continuity Management Development and implementation of a highly efficient physical security strategy tailored to the specific risks and requirements of the organization Ensuring consistent security standards and policies across all global sites while considering local laws and regulations Continuous evaluation and adaptation of security policies Analysis of potential threats to employees, infrastructure, and resources worldwide, including the execution of risk assessments and vulnerability analyses Implementation of access control and identity management measures to prevent unauthorized entry to office buildings and sensitive areas Training and awareness-raising of employees in the area of physical security and security protocols. Execution and coordination of regular audits at international sites Collaboration with external partners, e.g., local security service providers, to support projects or conduct audits and security tests Monitoring and selection of security providers and equipment (e.g., camera systems, access control technology, alarm systems) in cooperation with procurement departments Close collaboration with the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) regarding the status of security measures, security incidents, and risk assessments Close cooperation with other departments such as IT Security, Legal, Corporate Audit, and Facility Management to ensure a comprehensive security strategy Contribution to the development and implementation of crisis management and emergency response plans to mitigate risks in the event of incidents Qualifications University degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field; preferably with additional qualifications in physical security or crisis management At least 8–10 years of experience in physical security, preferably in a multinational organization with decentralized sites Experience in developing and implementing global security strategies and processes Technical and regulatory expertise Solid knowledge of security requirements and compliance regulations, including international standards Excellent communication skills, particularly in working with intercultural teams and stakeholders Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a pronounced ability to solve problems Willingness to travel in order to visit and audit global sites Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
