The successful candidate will design and implement efficient information system solutions tailored to business needs, providing training and guidance to users on software tools to ensure optimal usage and adoption.
They will build knowledge of physical commodities trading workflows and offer continuous support for associated systems and applications. Additionally, they will develop a strong understanding of physical commodities trading processes and provide ongoing support for related systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating closely with traders to design and implement efficient information system solutions
* Providing training and guidance to users on software tools
* Troubleshooting system issues and designing long-term, sustainable solutions
* Managing data to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Conducting software testing to validate functionality and performance
* Creating and optimizing SQL procedures
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of similar professional experience, with strong experience in business analysis and system integration within finance (financial/banking companies). A good background in SQL, experience with relational databases, and support to users are also essential requirements.
The candidate must be fluent in English.
