Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
1. To support the Investor Relations (IR) team in providing best-in-class services to and building trust with existing and potential shareholders, financial analysts, and other relevant stakeholders. The position contributes to strong relationship building between adidas and the financial community through independent organization of events, roadshows, conferences, conference calls, and other related activities. It also focuses on the creation of quarterly reporting documents and the provision of IR related content and analyses to key internal decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
2. Drive the IR activity roadmap and corresponding process in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., HQ visits, roadshows, conferences, and related activities).
3. Manage IR-related projects such as the commissioning of share ID reports, investor targeting, or update of market intelligence tools in collaboration with external providers.
4. Support a variety of ongoing IR-related tasks such answering incoming requests, managing the IR CRM tool, or organizing product samples for IR activities.
5. Summarize competitor and retailer news to provide internal key decision-makers with a comprehensive picture of the company’s competitive environment.
6. Manage subsections of the quarterly results release process and prepare corresponding documents (i.e., annual/half-year report, fact sheet, financial supplement).
7. Drive the external publishing of IR-related documents (i.e., quarterly financial documents, press releases, website sections/updates, OTC/EQS).
8. Administer the team’s annual budget in alignment with key internal stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
13. Understanding of financial markets and its players
14. Interest in corporate finance, stock brokerage, and financial communication
15. High level of service orientation in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
16. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
17. Very good command of German and English
18. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
19. Good communication skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
20. Completed professional education in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling or equivalent background in related fields.
21. 2-6 years of experience in finance and communication (ideally in IR) or a similar project management function.
