Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Management of strategic and interdisciplinary SAP projects (focus on complete rollouts in all areas of a manufacturing company)
* Management of IT projects using common project management methods (e.g. agile and waterfall model)
* Management of projects through all phases—from preliminary studies to implementation
* Management of internal and external project resources in a complex environment, active coordination with stakeholder management, IT management, and all parties involved
* Support of change processes within the framework of change management, including support for specialist departments in the creation of requirements and functional specifications
* Regular project reporting within the steering committee, where the degree of completion, budget, effort, risks, and milestones are presented and documented
Your Profile:
* Master's degree/diploma in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
* Extensive experience in managing complex IT projects in the SAP environment
* Experience in coordinating and collaborating with specialist departments, the IT department, and IT service providers
* In-depth understanding of the subject area, both in the financial accounting and cost accounting modules and across the entire logistics chain (including production details)
* Very good written and spoken English skills, including the technical terms required in the SAP module environment
* Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented approach
* Strong communication skills, confident manner, and ability to work independently
* Experience in implementing various SAP modules in international companies
* Willingness to travel 25 to 40% of the time
