To strengthen our NextPharma team at one of our locations (100% remote possible), we are currently seeking a: Legal Counsel Compliance (m/f/d) Weekly working hours: 20-40 hrs. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Maintainance of a structured Compliance Program, including risk management, internal controls, internal revision and training Development of Policy Management Processes Control and management of Whistleblowing system and strengthen other reporting processes Prepare compliance reports, analysis and documentation for stakeholders Promote compliance awareness and knowledge via training and communication Execute controls and reporting (e.G. KYC and internal audits) Coordinate legal change management (monitoring legislation processes) Assist with governance documentation, audits and data privacy tasks Support legal team with contract reviews (commercial, development and governance related) Reporting to Global Head of Legal Requirements: Degree in law (e.g. First State Examination, LL.M. or Business Law) 3 years experience and track records in compliance and legal or related fields Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Supply Chain & Transparency Act(s) in EU, CSRD, Global Trade Sanctions regime, DataPrivacy) Track records in global trade compliance (customs, sanctions) is advantageous Organizational talent and established project management skills Ability to work self-organized in line with companies’ priorities Excellent communication skills and ability for cross-functional teamwork and experience in management of a variety of stakeholders Fluent in English, German is advantageous It's time for your next chapter: We look forward to receiving your application.
