Second Foundation is a global energy trading company with around 450 employees across locations in Prague HQ (CZ), Zug (CH), Mainz (DE), Berlin (DE), Charlotte (USA), and Tokyo (JP). We specialize in integrating and optimizing the marketing of renewable energy and battery storage systems in power markets, and have been actively expanding our own asset base, with a primary focus on battery storage. We are looking for a curious and motivated Working Student - Marketing (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin and support our marketing activities in a dynamic, international environment. This is an office-based position in Berlin. What you would work on? Support the development of our overall marketing strategy in Germany. Help create clear and compelling messaging for different market stakeholders. Develop marketing materials (presentations, brochures, online content, internal communications). Assisting in organizing marketing and partner outreach events (online and in-person). Conducting basic market and competitor research. Supporting the sales and marketing team in day-to-day activities and ongoing projects. Collaborating closely with colleagues across sales and marketing. What makes you a great candidate? Enrolled student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field. Strong interest in marketing, branding, and communication, ideally within a B2B or international environment. Experience in marketing strategy, content creation or event management is a strong plus. Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and German. Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style. Hands-on mentality with a willingness to learn and take responsibility. Confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with marketing or design tools is an advantage.
