Agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005 and specialized in the industry. We work in the Energy, Infrastructure, Transportation, Chemicals, Information Technology and life science sectors.
Tasks:
* You will manage your profit center and continuously develop new market opportunities. You are also responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your team of consultants.
* Ambitious, autonomous and rigorous, you are one of the future leaders of the company!
* Define the commercial strategy (identify targets, promote agap2, develop the client base)
* Identify and recruit the best profiles on the market (management of the recruitment process)
* Manage your own client portfolio/key accounts (Business Development and Sales)
* Manage your own team of consultants (technical follow-up, performance reviews, daily support)
Qualifications:
* You hold a Master's degree in the field of business administration, economics, business sciences or engineering
* You speak native German & fluent English
* You would like to take on management responsibility in the near future
* You have excellent interpersonal skills, great energy and a strong sense of responsibility
* You don't give up when the going gets tough and you like to negotiate
* You strive for success and further development
* You are a career starter (first internship experience required) or have maximum 3 years of professional experience
